02/11/07 Ask for"When Zombies Attack!!" the comic issue #2 at your local comic book store. Diamond is distributing and should hit stores soon! Interior story art by Simeon Wilkins, colors by Dave Lamb and cover by Mike Huddleston. Created and written by Chad Waters & Matt Rose, published by Joe Venegas of Red Maverick.

06/02/06 We are currently putting together issue #2 of "When Zombies Attack!!" the comic. We just finished the script and are handing off the page/panel breakdown to comic book artist Simeon Wilkins of www.robotoperatormanuals.com.

09/14/04 The puppets have finally hit the streets! When Puppets Attack!! are now available at Hot Topic and Aahs stores. They have also been spotted in Halloween/Party stores. Toys R Us, Spencers Gifts, Musicland and other fine outlets will receive the puppets in October. There are six characters in the line: Barlowe(zombie), Skull(zombie), Pop-eye(zombie), Grimsdyke(zombie), Witch, and Jack the Pumpkin. Happy hunting!

03/27/04 In conjunction with the soon to be released "When Zombies Attack!!" puppet line. The children's educational video on zombie safety that started it all, "Waker Safety", is officially online here. The zombie puppets you see in the video will be available in September, in time for Halloween at specialty stores near you. A witch and a pumpkin head will complete the line of 6 puppets coming to you from Grimm Grotto Goods and SOTA Toys . The toyline will be called "When Puppets Attack!". Check out the coverage from creature-corner.com.

02/26/04 Grimm Grotto Goods is happy to announce that our Zombie Puppets have found a toy partner, Sota Toys. We had an excellent response at the New York Toy Fair so expect to see the Zombies in specialty stores this Halloween. More details to come...

Go see Hellboy when it hits theaters April 2nd. You can see what we've spent over a year of our lives working on. We worked on the Hellboy character at Cinovation Studios and in Prague. You can read about Matt Rose and Chad Waters' involvement in the latest issue of Makeup Artist Magazine.

08/10/03 We just returned from a 6 month work trip in Prague and unfortunetly haven't been able to update the site.

While we were out of the country "When Zombies Attack!!" aired on MTV UK in hopes to generate interest to launch a series. We are still shopping the pilot around in effort to get a TV or cable series off the ground. Any interested parties please contact us.

10/19/02 Fangoria and Impulse magazines have hit the stands. Go to our new PRESS page to see the covers. Both magazines have "When Zombies Attack!!" articles. Unfortunatley the Fangoria article lists Matt Rose as Matt Stone. We're not sure where that came from as we have no connection to a Matt Stone.

9/28/02 Sorry for the lack of updates. Things have been very busy for us. Recently, Director Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, BladeII, Cronos, Devil's Backbone) viewed "When Zombies Attack!!" and had this to say about it:

We at Grimm Grotto thank Guillermo for taking time out from his crazy schedule to give us "the time of day".

Also, keep a look out for the next issues of Fangoria and Impulse magazines. Both mags will have articles on Grimm Grotto Goods and "When Zombies Attack!!".

For all those people who were interested in the zombie puppets displayed at the San Diego Comic-con you'll be happy to know that we are actively pursuing having them manufactured. Nothing is definite but it's looking good. The puppets were part of "Waker Safety" our children's educational video on zombie safety that was shown at the Comic-con and Fangoria conventions.

8/13/02 Grimm Grotto Goods will be attending the Fangoria Weekend of Horrors August 17-18. Our flick, "When Zombies Attack!!", will be screened at the convention on Sunday the 18th at 2:15 p.m.

4/17/02 "When Zombies Attack!!" will be appearing on Showtime Next (Shonext) as part of a multi-content program called "Piratenet". "Piratenet" aires every Sunday at 11:30 P.M. (Pacific). Shonext is a recently launched Showtime channel so check your local listings.

Grimm Grotto Goods will be at Comic Con in San Diego, CA August 1-4, 2002.Officer Frank Hadely will be appearing in person to educate and lecture people on the facts of co-existing with the undead and offering valuable safety tips. We will be selling copies of "When Zombies Attack!!"on video tape, t-shirts and hopefully DVD's. We are currently putting the DVD together.
